Jim Boeding

Mr. Boeding has served on the Board since the Company’s inception. Mr. Boeding is also a member of our executive committee and audit committee. For the past 35 years, Mr. Boeding has operated a farm near Decorah, Iowa called Quiet Creek Farm.

Mr. Boeding previously held the office of treasurer for the Company until a Chief Financial Officer was appointed. Mr. Boeding also serves as a director for Homeland Energy Solutions, LLC, a publicly reporting company.
