Jerry Calease

Mr. Calease was elected as a director at our annual members meeting on September 17, 2003. Mr. Calease serves on our public relations committee and director compensation committee. For the past 35 years, Mr. Calease has been involved in a corn and soybean farming operation in Bremer County, Iowa called J + K Calease Farms. Mr. Calease has been a certified crop advisor for over 10 years and a Douglas township trustee for over 20 years. Mr. Calease also sits on the board of directors of Butler-Bremer Mutual Telephone Company, a private company and Homeland Energy Solutions, LLC, a publicly reporting company. Mr. Calease was selected as a nominee based on his prior experience with the Company as well as his prior business and agricultural experience.
