Duane Lynch

Mr. Lynch has served on the Board since the Company’s inception.Mr. Lynch serves on our risk management committee and our director compensation committee. Mr. Lynch has owned and operated a grain farm consisting primarily of corn and soybeans called Lynch Farms for the past 50 years. Mr. Lynch was previously associated with Dekalb and Latham as a seed salesman.
